Jim McNeeley Real Estate opened its doors in 1968 in the southwest part of Portland, Oregon. We started working with investors in the late 90’s when the VA Repossession market had a lot to offer. Since then, we’ve moved our focus to new construction and we work exclusively with some local builders in Oregon. We work with real estate agents in California and their clients to help them purchase solid, high appreciating investments in Oregon. These agents in return receive a referral fee and at many times obtain repeat customers. Our office will also give your clients a discount on the property management fee, as we have in-house trouble-free property management for their convenience.

We have been in business for many years and have learned what works, and what doesn’t. We manage 500 properties throughout Oregon and are open 7 days a week to serve your clients needs. Our real estate brokers work side-by-side with our property management team to make sure the transition from closing the sale to managing the home is seamless. Most agents want to sell a property and move on to the next buyer; because we tend to work with our clients in property management for years after the property has closed, we make sure that we keep the best interest of our clients in mind at all times. Our program truly is a win-win situation for everyone involved.

We’ve found the best way to communicate with your clients is to meet them first hand. The basis of a good real estate transaction is communication and trust. We want to meet you and your clients to show them our properties they can purchase, and even have them meet the builder! All you have to do is gather 10+ clients at your office or a designated meeting place who are interested in the Oregon Real Estate market and we’ll do the rest.

 

Our team will provide a short video, pictures, maps and loads of information about different areas throughout Oregon that will appreciate and make your clients money! In turn for making just a few phone calls, you could have a very profitable weekend. Just leave all the work to us!
